TestBed Build 2.0
4/21/17
So you may be wondering, "What's the difference between Testbed and Testbed 2.0?" Well, even though the general build is the same, the purpose of this project was to learn how the potentiometer and line trackers work. Last time we worked on the Testbed, we didn't know how to program, so we did really simple coding, like turning the green LED lights on or turning on the motors when the bumper is pressed. Now, that we have grasped the basics of coding, our next goal is to explore the full extent of the testbed and mess around with the coding. The coding you see below was actually created by Mr. Reyes, but we adjusted and added quite a few commands here and there, so it isn't exactly the same as the original. An example of what we added to the coding was the programming of the LED lights using the line trackers, The line trackers measure light, so in order to control it, we had to cover them with our fingers. We made a bunch of LED turn on in order and then turn off the opposite direction. It was just a fun little activity my partner and I came up with to add more creativity into our Testbed.
